About Namaste Kids & Teens Yoga
Namaste Kids was established in 2014, Hayley Sanderson the owner is a qualified adult, Teen & children's Yoga teacher. Predominately working in nurseries, primary & secondary schools in the local area helping to support children's mental & physical health.
Namaste Kids has recently started to work with The Lifeworks Studio in Cranbrook to bring a Teen Yoga class, running every Wednesday (Term time) from 5-6pm. Booking is essential - https://www.lifeworkswithkaren.com/new-year-schedule
Hayley is also a qualified Yotism teacher which is an adapted therapy style yoga to support children or adults with neruodiversity and can offer one to one yoga sessions or is able work with educational settings in small group lessons.
