A Microchip to reunite you if they ever became lost and pamper them with a range of shampoos, conditioners and grooming aids. Rabbits and Guinea Pigs are welcome too.

Qualified, Caring and Professional

The team is led by Emma Betts, a Qualified Veterinary Nurse listed at The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, with over 20 years experience of caring for animals.

Emma is a professionally trained dog and cat groomer and an approved instructor / A1 Assessor in Animal Care and Grooming.

There are three additional qualified and experienced groomers, all with full or advanced City & Guilds qualifications. All staff are trained in First Aid, Animal First Aid and Health & Safety with regular refreshers. They are supported by two apprentices under training.

We are members of The British Dog Groomers Association and Pet Care Trust, promoting the highest standards in grooming and animal care. We are fully insured.

Our fully equipped grooming centre at Bethersden, Kent offers the best for you and your pets. There is a reception area with seating, preparation & bathing areas and a finishing room for clipping and styling. We've plenty of grooming space and best quality equipment. Cats have their own separate grooming room and equipment.

You can park right outside and we are attached to the garden centre next door where there is large pet shop and a café serving refreshments and light meals if you need to wait.

We stock licensed Dog, Cat and Horse Wormers, Frontline Flea treatments and a range of grooming products including shampoos, conditioners and grooming equipment.

Leaving your pet in the hands of a strange, new groomer is a difficult leap of faith. We do understand and actively encourage you to come in and look us over if you wish, before making an appointment and without any obligation.

We are open 6 days a week (min. 8:45am-5.30pm but often longer) and by appointment.
