A pivotal role within our small family business has become available, with immediate start. This is a fast-paced role, suited to someone who can multi-task with ease, with excellent customer service and administration experience. We are open to the option of Job sharing due to the hours required, these being Mon-Fri 08.00-17.00 and Saturdays 08.00-14.00. Responsibilities Front of house, answering incoming telephone calls, e-mails, multi-media messages and dealing with the communication or redirecting to the relevant department. Receiving visitors, engaging with them to provide first class customer service. Maintaining accurate records following GDPR rules, to include new & used trailer purchases and sales, customer care claims and warranty work.. Control the workshop diary, liaising with technicians and customers to provide excellent customer service. Manage the Hire fleet, including customer bookings & fleet maintenance records. Qualifications Experience of customer facing and administrative roles is required with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
