About Nightingale Cider Company
Nightingale Cider Company is the new name for Gibbet Oak Cider. We produce handcrafted Kentish ciders and perry, made from 100% fruit juice, made using slow wild fermentation and minimum intervention.
Family run by the Nightingales of Gibbet Oak Farm in Tenterden, Kent, we’ve been growing fruit since 1948. We released our first ciders in 2013 and since then we’ve stayed true to our heritage. We now proudly present our range of delicious ciders and juices, which celebrate the best of Kent, the ‘Garden of England’.
