To tell you a bit more about Humberts, who we are and what we are all about I should start at the beginning, the company is over 176 years old and is been responsible for thousands of properties across the country. As with any industry things have changed over those years and we have continued to adapt our business to ensure we are providing the best service in the market to all our clients. To that end, we provide a bespoke and personal service through your own local property consultant ensuring we achieve the best possible price for your property. We work outside of your normal 9 to 5 allowing clients and buyers to contact us at a time that is convenient for them, we also have many more ways in which we can be contacted for example through online chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp etc. making it easier and more convenient for potential buyers and clients to ask questions and book viewings, adding to the number of viewings and ultimately the level of interest and offers. At Humberts we also offer services over and above that offered by a normal estate agent such as part exchange schemes, planning advice, virtual dressing, garden maintenance, organising building works etc.
