Wholly owned by Tenterden Social Hub, EC30 is a new Health and Wellbeing Centre and is a joint initiative with the Ashford Rural PCN (Primary Care Network) and National Health Service Property Services (NHSPS).There are 33 of these centres across the UK and EC30 is proudly acknowledged as the leading UK social prescribing hub in the UK.

Housing a team of six social prescribers, it is a dynamic community initiative operating a Café and Charity Shop. Dedicated professionals, staff and volunteers offer signposting to Tenterden and local community services. Designed to be welcoming and fully accessible to all with drop-in and appointment-led access to services. Support services and groups include the Old School House Larden, Tenterden Counselling Service, Parkinson's Support, Knit and Natter, Age UK Dementia amongst others. Facilities include:-
